We can take care of AppleCare warranty repairs. In addition to servicing all Apple products, Brown Computer Solutions is proud to offer both hardware and software service for PC’s running Windows or Linux.


Apple Warranty repairs are performed by Apple Certified Technicians. Warranty service is provided at no cost to the customer regardless of where your Mac was purchased.

In Store repairs or services involving work not covered by the Apple Limited Warranty are billed using a Tiered Service menu. Our service department continuously develops new procedures to efficiently repair your Mac or PC at competitive rates.


For more complex troubleshooting, networking, computer setup, or on-site training, on-site service is a very good option for situations that can’t be easily resolved in-store or in a remote session.

We have invested in some of the latest and most advanced data recovery tools. We’re able to perform recoveries on both internal and external hard drives for a fraction of the prices charged by more specialized recovery companies.

For maximum recoverability, it is very important not to attempt recovery at home with inexpensive software recovery tools as mounting a failing hard drive can cause the drive to damage itself beyond recoverability. The advanced hardware and software used in our labs minimizes the potential for further damaging a failing hard drive. There are advanced cases that we are not equipped to handle. For those cases, we are partnered with DriveSavers.


Every new Mac purchased with AppleCare+ comes with 1 free remote support session within 30 days. Remote support sessions allow our technicians to see and control your screen to help resolve a wide variety of problems that you may be experiencing.

Sessions start at $40 for 20 minutes and can typically be arranged within 1 business day. If you’re having computer troubles and would like assistance without downtime, a remote support session may be for you!
