Hardware & Software Services
We service the entire line-up of Apple Products, including iPhone and Apple Watch. We are an Apple Premium Service Provider and an Apple Premier Partner, but we repair all makes and models. We can take care of AppleCare warranty repairs. In addition to servicing all Apple products, Brown Computer Solutions is proud to offer both hardware and software service for PC’s running Windows or Linux
Carry-In
Apple Warranty repairs are performed by Apple Certified Technicians at no cost to the customer. In-store services involving work not covered by the Apple Limited Warranty are billed using a Tiered Service menu.
Out of warranty service:
We offer a full line of services for Mac and Windows computers. At the time of check-in we will require a deposit for work that is not covered by warranty. Additional charges apply for data backup, or software services suchas malware cleanup. See store for details.
Remote Support
Remote support sessions allow our technicians to control your screen to help resolve a variety of problems without the need to bring your computer in to the store. This is available to both Mac and Windows users.
On-Site
For more complex troubleshooting, networking, computer setup, or on-site training, on-site service is a very good option for situations that can’t be easily resolved in-store or in a remote support session.

Data Recovery
If you're missing critical data due to failing storage or accidental deletion, we recommend to stop using it immediately. If you continue to use failing storage or a drive that you've accidentally deleted data from, recoverability decreases. Brown Computer Solutions has advanced hardware and software to retrieve data. In the event that we cannot retrieve data in house, we partner with companies like DriveSavers to provide you with more recovery options and discounts.
