Schedule an Appointment
We now offer online scheduling for in store training, remote support, and carry-in service.
This service allows you to be at your home or office and work with our technician remotely. We will call you at the appointment time and connect to your Mac or PC to share your screen. This is an ideal option for troubleshooting desktop computers, communications with connected peripherals, etc. If you’re unable to connect to the internet or if your computer will not turn on you will need to arrange on site or in store service. Remote support is intended for Mac and Windows devices.
One on one training at our Keene location allows for up to two people to meet with our trainer one on one. We recommend making a list of the items that you would like to cover in the session and providing it while making your appointment. You can certainly ask any other questions you’d like during the session, but providing information ahead of time may assist the trainer in preparation for your appointment.

Brown Computer Solutions is happy to service your Apple products in or out of warranty. Many iPhone repairs such as battery and display can be performed same day! Making an appointment does not guarantee parts availability or repair turnaround time. This appointment is for a 15 minute check-in for service. During the check-in process we will provide an estimated turnaround. At this time, we recommend an appointment for iPhones and simply stopping in anytime for Mac, PC, iPad or other devices.
